Refund policy

At Apnix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery


 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned after the return window

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or clearance sale items (if applicable)


 Refund Process

  1. Contact us at abubakarrahuma2@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  3. Once approved, the product may be picked up or you may be asked to ship it back

  4. After inspection, the refund will be processed


 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider


 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or wrong products, return shipping may be covered by Apnix

 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (only return as per policy)
