📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


🇮🇳 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

📭 Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partners and provide a suitable resolution.

  • Apnix is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
